Can I Pay My Storage Unit Bill Online?
We strive to provide as much convenience to you as possible. That's why we have made it as easy to rent from us as possible. Once you rent from us, either online or in-store, you can pay all of your future bills online. To enroll in our online services, simply sign up through our website when renting a unit online or ask to be enrolled when renting a unit in-store. We also have an Auto Bill option for your convenience. All you have to do is enter your information into your online account once you are enrolled, and it will be billed each month on your anniversary date.
Can My Company Use your Facility's Storage Units for Business Related Items?
You may absolutely do so! We actually have a number of businesses and contractors who rent one or more storage units in order to store supplies such as trailers, tools, equipment and other materials that they use on the job. Our storage units are also great for storing back-up equipment, files, and various other documents. Our convenient storage units make for a great warehouse facility for small business owners who want to reduce overhead – which allows your office to actually have more space in the end!

What Kind of Things Am I Not Allowed to Store In A Storage Unit?
We aim to provide a place for you to store anything that you need to. That being said, there are some items that are not allowed to be stored in our storage units for safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as:
Tires, Living or dead items, Carcasses, Perishable goods, Stolen or illegal goods, Wet items, Weapons and ammunition, Unregistered vehicles, Hazardous materials, Paint or paint thinner, Fertilizer, Oil, Chlorine bleach, Acid or acetone, Grease, Turpentine, Radioactive materials, Flammable materials, Propane tanks or compressed gas, Gasoline or kerosene, Fireworks, Explosives, Priceless or irreplaceable items, Money or currency.
What Am I Not Allowed to Do Inside of My Storage Unit?
Our goal is to provide our customers with a safe, secure, and convenient place to store their personal belongings. In order to maintain that environment, you are not allowed to hang out at/in your unit or loiter around the facility for any reason. Our facility is for putting things into your unit, taking things out of it, or rearranging it as needed. Additionally, it is against our policies for any person to sleep in or live out of their storage unit.
In order to prevent pests, food and drinks are not allowed inside of your storage unit and we have a strict no littering policy. In order to protect our buildings and other people's stored belongings, smoking or vaping is also prohibited, both in your storage unit and on the property in general. And lastly, on-foot entry beyond the front gate is not allowed. You must arrive and exit in/on a vehicle.
What other fees should I expect to prepare to secure a unit?
Admin Fee, Tenant Protection (for those with no coverage).
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, one month's worth of rent.
When should I notify a move-out?
We require a 30 day move-out notice.
What should I do when I move- out?
Clean/Sweep the unit. Leave it empty. Take photos of the empty unit and send it to our number. Leave the unit closed but unlocked. Take the lock with you.
What are Late Fees?
A late fee is applied to your account if you fail to make full payment of your monthly balance by the 7th of the month (fee applied on the 8th).
What is a “lockout” and how do I get that removed?
If you fail to pay outstanding fees by the 20th of the month, your unit will be on Lockout. This means access to the unit will be restricted until payment of the outstanding balance has been settled. Lock Out Fee: $125.00.
